Speedexam Refund Policy

At Speedexam, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and fairness in our business practices. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and transparency regarding the circumstances under which refunds can be processed. Please take a moment to review the details below:

Refund Timeframe:

Refunds for payments older than 90 days cannot be processed. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may have reasons for seeking a refund. However, to maintain fairness and consistency, refunds will only be considered for payments made within the last 90 days.

Refunds will not be processed for payments made towards monthly plans after 7 business days from the date of the payment. No refunds will be processed for any payments received through Bank Transfer, and only compensation in terms of credits can be processed for such transactions.

Refund Eligibility based on Usage:

Refunds will be processed after careful consideration of the usage of our services. We believe in a fair and equitable approach to refunds, taking into account the value you have received from Speedexam. Factors such as the duration of service usage, specific issues faced, and overall satisfaction will be evaluated in determining refund eligibility.

Refund Processing:

Once your refund request is received, our support team will review the information provided. We aim to process refunds in a timely manner, typically within 7 business days. Please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on factors such as payment method and financial institution processing times.

Refunds for customized plans will not be processed.
Payments for Proctor Credits and Top-up credits are non-refundable.
Proctor credits can't be converted into Top-up Credits, and Top-up Credits can't be converted into a Proctor credits.
We do not have a carry-forward facility for remaining exam credits with any plan.
The plan validity can't be extended in any circumstance.
