The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) between SpeedExam. (Provider) and the customer (“Customer”) govern provision of the Speedexam’s online testing services and products (“Services and Products”). These Terms are effective as of the moment the Customer establishes an account with the Provider and are due to change from time to time at the discretion of the Provider. The new Terms will become effective towards the Customer’s account thirty (30) days after the revised Terms shall be posted.

1. Services and Products

Provided the customer abides by the terms and conditions set forth, the provider agrees to offer the customer an account on one of its online testing services on private server. In the event of a planned change in the provider’s network or infrastructure, the provider shall use reasonable efforts to notify the customer in advance. The customer agrees to provide current and accurate identification at the time of account registration. The customer is responsible for all content hosted on their account and agrees to notify provider in the event of unauthorized account use or security breach. SpeedExam will not take responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your failure to provide provider with accurate information or to enforce account security.

The terms under which the provider provides services to the customer is strictly between the provider and the customer; no third party beneficiary intended nor permitted hereunder. The terms shall confer no rights in any third party except as may be otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by the provider.

The provider respects the privacy of the content of the customer and shall take utmost care to safeguard any illegal usage of the content posted.

This Service is dependent on certain other factors such as network, servers and third party tools. If any unforeseen situation occurs in any of these, we would try our best to fix the issue but would be vulnerable to any external factors which are beyond our control.

In case the software behaves odd and the user gets any error, we would try out best to resolve it in the shortest time as we understand the critical nature of the exam related issues.

2. Term

Customer agrees to a year to year term for the services starting on the date of the order. The yearly services when is due for renewal, we would inform customer well in advance about the renewal date. Customer would be given a week’s time as a grace period after the anniversary date is passed, customer may cancel their account by sending provider an email regarding their wish to terminate the account.

The Provider shall have no obligation to refund any fees paid in advance by the Customer.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Content and Activities
Email Spam – usage of our services to transmit email spam, junk mail, return address and mailing lists.
Hacking – usage of hacking, IP scanning, denial of service, or any other perpetration of security breaches or attempts to interfere with service of another network or server.
Intellectual property – infringement of intellectual rights, including violations of copyright, trademark, or patent rights.
Fraud, violation of privacy rights, dissemination of deliberately offensive material, and illegal activities of any kind.

2. False Information.

  1. Your name, email, and contact information must be accurate and valid. SpeedExam reserves the right to block your account without prior notice if any false or misleading information is found.
  2. Please enter a valid and complete organization name when creating your SpeedExam account. Accounts with invalid organization names will be blocked without notice and cannot be restored under any circumstances.


3. Misuse of System Resources
We are committed to providing a seamless and secure experience for all our users. As part of our account management policy, please note the following:

  1. Account Activity and Data Usage : We will maintain only one active account per user based on data usage and the current account statistics.
  2. Additional Accounts : Any additional accounts created may be blocked without prior notice to ensure fair usage and to comply with our platform's usage guidelines.
  3. Paid Accounts and Free Accounts : If you are using a paid account and also have a free account, and you conduct exams using both accounts simultaneously, your free account will be suspended without prior notice.
  4. Please note that data or result backups will not be possible for suspended accounts until you upgrade to a premium plan . Once you are ready to make the payment for your suspended account, and after the payment is successfully processed, our team will review the transaction and unblock your suspended account.
  5. We recommend that you manage and use a single free account to avoid any interruptions to your service. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your account, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
  6. The number of attempts in the free account will be 25 per month. Please make sure there will be no extension given under any circumstances to any client in the number of attempts per month even for any pilot testing to be done.
  7. Data cannot be backed up in blocked accounts under any circumstances. However, you can restore access by upgrading your plan. Contact our support team at [email protected] for assistance. After payment, our team will unblock your account.
  8. Please note that our subscription plans, services, and benefits do not include a carry-forward option. Any unused services, credits, or benefits will not be rolled over to future billing cycles or carried forward to subsequent periods.

4. Account Cancellation

Customers are responsible for the cancellation of their account, backing up their data, and deleting their information. Customers may cancel and delete their account at any time through the client account administrator dashboard. Upon deletion of the account by any customer, their account will be permanently disabled.

1. Plan Modification Terms
While purchasing a new plan during the course of your current plan, please note the following information:

  • Loss of Exam Credits: Any remaining exam credits from the existing plan will be forfeited and will not be transferred to the new plan.
  • Expiry Date: The expiry date of the previous plan will be voided. The new subscription will have its own start date and expiry date, and any unused time from the previous plan will not carry over.
  • Please consider purchasing top-up credits instead of changing the current plan to utilize full features of the current plan.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of india any dispute shall be heard exclusively at the local court of the address of the provider (See Point# 6).

SpeedExam is a product of 20B Software Services Private Limited, a company established in Telangana, India with PAN Number AABCZ6040K and GST Number 36AABCZ6040K1Z4, and with it's registered office at 20B, MLA Colony, Banjara Hills, Road Number 12, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500034 INDIA.

Speedexam Refund Policy

1.Refund Timeframe:

Refunds for payments older than 90 days cannot be processed. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may have reasons for seeking a refund. However, to maintain fairness and consistency, refunds will only be considered for payments made within the last 90 days.
Refunds will not be processed for payments made towards monthly plans after 7 business days from the date of the payment. No refunds will be processed for any payments received through Bank Transfer, and only compensation in terms of credits can be processed for such transactions.

2.Refund Eligibility based on Usage:

Refunds will be processed after careful consideration of the usage of our services. We believe in a fair and equitable approach to refunds, taking into account the value you have received from Speedexam. Factors such as the duration of service usage, specific issues faced, and overall satisfaction will be evaluated in determining refund eligibility.

3. Requesting a Refund:

  • Provide details about your request, including the reason for the refund, any challenges faced, and relevant account information.

Refund Processing:
Once your refund request is received, our support team will review the information provided. We aim to process refunds in a timely manner, typically within 7 business days. Please note that the actual refund processing time may vary depending on factors such as payment method and financial institution processing times.

Please note that any additional services, custom work or technical support are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for customized plans will not be processed.
  • Payments for Proctor Credits and Top-up credits are non-refundable.
  • Proctor credits can't be converted into a Top-up Credits, and Top-up Credits can't be converted into a Proctor credits.
  • We do not have a carry forward facility for remaining exam credits with any plan.
  • The plan validity can't be extended in any circumstance.
